in this you copy your selected image and then you right clip the image and remake it then re right click and then you click duplicate then go to the top image adjustments hue and saturation to get a banner create a rectangle at the top and then you go to the gradient tool half way down the left and side and then you got to the to left and select the gradient you want to create your own and then you go to click and drag in the rectangle and create a new layer and make the banner layer an alpha layer
